Choose Your Limescale Remover
Many people use commercial products that are designed to remove limescale. There’s nothing wrong with these since many products in the market are effective in removing mineral deposits from bathroom surfaces. But take note that these commercial cleaners contain harsh chemicals that may damage your skin, lungs, and eyes when used incorrectly. So, when using them, take all the necessary precautions and follow instructions to the letter.
If you want to stay away from harmful chemicals, don’t worry since there are other alternatives you can explore. Specifically, you can use items that are already in your kitchen to remove limescale from your shower screen. One of these is white vinegar which, as an acid, effectively breaks down mineral buildup and makes it easier to remove.
Start the Removal Process
1. Gather All The Things You Need.
Get a bottle of distilled white vinegar or, if you prefer to use commercial products, purchase one from the store. You’ll also need a sponge that has soft and coarse sides as well as a couple of microfiber cloths. If you have the budget, you can even invest in a squeegee, which is usually used to clean car windshields and shop windows.
2. Apply The Limescale Remover To The Shower Screen.

5. Wipe The Screen Dry With The Other Microfiber Cloth.
